At CharClub AI, we are committed to fostering a safe, creative, and inclusive environment. To ensure the quality of content on our platform, all users must adhere to the following guidelines when creating and sharing characters.
1. Age Requirement
If you are under 13 years old OR if you are either an EU citizen or resident under 16 years old, you are not authorized to use our Service, including this Community section.
2. Public Content Requirements
The following character attributes will be visible publicly on the app and must comply with the guidelines:
- Character's name
- Introduction
- Avatar (Uploaded images)
- Tag
- Creator's note
- Greeting message
Any content violating the criteria outlined below will result in the rejection of the character creation.

| Hate | Hate refers to any content that attacks or uses discriminatory language against a person or group based on attributes such as race, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, immigration status, appearance, or disabilities. |
| Sexual | Sexual content includes explicit sexual acts, pornography, prostitution, or any depiction of non-consensual sexual behavior. |
| Violence | Violence refers to content depicting harm to individuals, promoting physical violence, or displaying weapons or dangerous objects intended to harm. |
| Self-harm | Self-harm includes any content promoting self-injury, suicidal behavior, or actions causing harm to oneself. |
3. Content in Character Hidden Prompts
Character prompts allow users to describe their characters in detail, which will not be visible to other users. Hidden prompts are critical to defining a character’s depth and uniqueness. These include:
- Personality: The core traits and defining attributes of the character.
- Description: Details about the character's background, appearance, or role.
- Example dialogue: Phrases or sentences that showcase how the character communicates.
- Scenario: Specific situations or use cases where the character comes alive.
The following rules apply:
- Prompts may contain sensitive content (NSFW), but users must tag NSFW before making the character public.
- Any character tagged as NSFW will only be accessible to users eligible to view such content, as determined by CharClub AI's policies.
4. Moderation Process
- All public content will be reviewed by automated systems to ensure compliance with these guidelines.
- If any violations are detected, the system will notify the user, prompting them to edit the content before the character is approved for publication.
5. Additional Guidelines
- Avoid using metaphors, coded language, or images to bypass these rules.
- Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent banning of your account without prior notice.
